Cedro Bar is a raw edgy retro-themed cocktail Bar & Bistro which serves a complete and truly exquisite range of high quality spirits and designer drinks concocted to order. They have a range of classic cocktails prepared specially by their mixologists. Your drinks are made to order by their mixologists and you can challenge their skills and knowledge of concocting off-the-menu items. If you need any snacks to go with your drinks, grab some delights from their Grub Menu and immerse in a sound bath of Cool Lounge music by their resident band, Travellers!
If you are confident, feel free to challenge them to make you some really difficult drinks or something out of the box. I am confident your challenge will be welcomed by them and they will definitely prepare the drink you have in mind. If not, simply head over to their menu as they have a wide range of signature cocktails which you can choose from at only S$19 each. Below are some of the drinks we tried and find out which is my favorite!
On the left, we have Florainha. This is their own twist to the classic Caiprinha. Caipirinha is Brazil’s national cocktail, made with cachaca (sugar cane hard liquor), sugar and lime. Cachaca is Brazil’s most common distilled alcoholic beverage . Although both rum and cachaca are made from sugarcane-derived products, specifically in cachaca, the alcohol results from the fermentation of fresh sugarcane juice that is afterwards distilled, while rum is usually made from by-products from refineries. Florainha has a variety of liquor and liqueur mixed into it. Find the special ingredients right here! I guess what makes Florainah different is the lemon zest added into. Hence, this cocktail is slightly more sour with minimal alcohol taste to it.
On the right, we have Martini De Concombre. This is their own style of cucumber martini and this is a must-try when you are there! I simply love how this drink tasted. Charlene who never loves to drink alcohol because of the bitter after-taste actually could enjoy this drink. So what are you waiting for already? Find out what is in this cocktail right here! Well, how can you not have some snacks to go with your drinks right? These two are the highly recommended ones if you are going to order something. Cedro Bar is a place for you to chill and drink hence do not expect too much from the food they can offer. However, you can ask them for the menu from Queen’s Garden instead!
